Wellcare- New to Medicare/Wellcare Training

Hello All! 

Please know in April, we will be conducting two in-person trainings; one targeting New Brokers/Agents or someone who may simply want a refresher because it’s been more months since you attended our trainings.  The first session we estimate to be approximately three-hours and will serve as a Meet and Greet your respective Regional Agency Managers supporting you in the IE and Orange County.  It would include a deep dive into our infrastructure that includes Product Plan Overviews, Systems, Resources, partnering opportunities, how to order materials – kits, brochures via Custom Point, and anything you may want to know.  They are scheduled for Wednesday, April 10^th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Founders Center, 3385 Jackson Street, Riverside.  We will repeat this session in early May as well.

The second in-person training is our All Things Wellcare/Wellcare by Health Net (Wellcare Deep dive).  Again, focusing on product plan design, Systems – Salesforce & lead managment, Events, Partnerships, Find-A-Provider (FAP), Business planning, etc., but in more depth with the “how to”.  This session will be held on Monday, April 29^th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Yorba Linda Community Center located at 4501 Casa Loma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92885.
